Our online superfood superstore is UK-based and all products are distributed from our address in Surrey. Delivery is prompt and service is always with a smile.

Postage and delivery details

Delivery times:

All orders are dispatched the next business day after your order has been placed.
If we are out of stock of any item, we will let you know via email.

Depending on the weight and size of your order it will either be posted first class UK post or using a courier. Your order may need to be signed for, so if you're not going to be there, please specify an alternate address, such as your work address.

• If you are in the UK, you should receive your goods within 3 - 5 working days.
• If you are in Europe, you should receive them within 6 working days.

We cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries caused by transport delays.

Delivery prices quoted are for Mainland UK addresses only.

Postage is calculated at :

• £1.70 for orders under £9.99
• £3.50 for orders between £10.00 - £19.99
• £6.00 for orders between £20.00 - £29.99
• £7.70 for orders between £30.00 - £149.99
• Postage on orders over £150 is FREE

Delivery to UK Islands, Ireland and the EU.

If you are having your order delivered to any of the UK Islands, Ireland or anywhere in Europe there may be additional postage costs. We do our best to keep the postage costs as low as possible. We will inform you via email if there is anything extra to be paid. If you decide that the price to get your goods to you is inhibitory you can choose to cancel your order and a full refund will be given.

If your goods don't arrive in perfect condition, or you are unsatisfied with the item you have purchased please phone us or email us within seven working days and we will happily arrange a replacement or a refund. Goods must be returned in the same condition as received and in the original packaging. We do not refund the cost of postage or return postage.
